Project Story (September 2021)

In September 2021, a mining company near Lima began expanding its granite aggregate production line to support local highway and bridge construction projects.

The client’s previous crushing equipment suffered from unstable output and high wear rates, making it difficult to maintain continuous production. The customer required a heavy-duty primary crushing solution capable of handling hard granite materials with stable long-term performance.

Henan Haolu Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied a PE750×1060 large jaw crusher together with a vibrating feeder, conveyor systems, and screening equipment.

After installation and commissioning, the crushing line quickly entered continuous production.

Detailed Project Outcome

1. Increased Aggregate Production Capacity

After commissioning:

• Average production capacity reached 180–230 tons/hour;
• Daily operating time exceeded 11 hours;
• Cumulative granite crushing output exceeded 150,000 tons.

The customer successfully expanded aggregate supply capacity for local infrastructure projects.

2. Stable Crushing Performance

The client reported that:

• Jaw plate engagement remained stable during hard rock crushing;
• Large granite blocks were processed efficiently;
• Finished material size became more uniform;
• Equipment vibration remained low during continuous operation.

The crushing line maintained stable production even under high-load conditions.

3. Reduced Production Costs

Compared with the client’s previous crushing equipment:

• Power consumption decreased noticeably;
• Jaw plate replacement frequency was reduced;
• Maintenance workload became lower;
• Overall operating costs decreased by approximately 15%.
