Project Story (August 2024)

In August 2024, a recycling company in Surabaya began expanding its construction waste recycling business. The customer needed a  crushing solution capable of integrating crushing and screening functions while remaining flexible for different demolition sites.

Henan Haolu Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. supplied a mobile jaw crusher and screening plant integrating feeding, crushing, screening, and conveying systems into one complete unit. The equipment allowed construction waste to be processed directly at demolition sites.

After installation and testing, the crushing plant quickly entered continuous production.

Detailed Project Outcome

1. Improved Construction Waste Processing Efficiency

The mobile crusher plant was able to process:

  • Concrete blocks;
  • Bricks;
  • Construction waste materials;
  • Small reinforced concrete structures.

Daily processing capacity exceeded 700 tons during peak operation periods.

2. Integrated Crushing & Screening Design

The customer highly appreciated the integrated design:

  • The plant required less installation space;
  • Secondary material transportation was reduced;
  • Finished material size became more consistent;
  • Screening efficiency improved significantly.

The integrated system simplified overall site management.

3. Reduced Operating Costs

Compared with traditional stationary crushing lines:

  • Foundation construction costs were reduced;
  • Equipment relocation became easier;
  • Labor requirements decreased;
  • Overall operating costs dropped by approximately 20%.
